I retained the services of Alex and Company after I received a “low-ball” offer from my employer. I had a solid documented case of age discrimination and wrongful termination. I met with Alex and we had a great conversation. He then quickly corresponded with my employer and got them to agree to mediation. A few days later I had an offer to settle my case for 9x more than the Company offered me. I would have given 5 star rating except I felt it was inappropriate that the law firm made me pay for the mediation process. This should have been funded by the law firm and not the claimant.
